These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bdtbd ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). bdtbd is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited. If discovered, all accounts will be closed.
• bdtbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and will be cancelled if not used within the specified time.
• If illegal betting or match-fixing strategies are used with a bonus, all bonus and winnings funds will be forfeited.

bdtbd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier promotions are based on your gaming activity. The amount of cashback and the method of calculation are determined at bdtbd's sole discretion and may change without notice. Wagering requirements may apply to receive cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtbd platform:

• Fraud, hacking or any form of technical manipulation.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any game.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Money laundering or the flow of illegal funds.
• Unauthorised use of bdtbd's intellectual property (brand, logo, software).
• Collecting other users' personal information for personal gain.

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in the permanent closure of the account, possible forfeiture of the balance and legal action if necessary.

bdtbd is committed to ensuring the fairness of gaming outcomes. However, our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by technical problems, server downtime or internet connection interruptions.
• Software faults from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, etc.).
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses caused by a user's own negligence or error.

In the event of any technical issue, we will endeavour to provide a reasonable resolution, however we cannot guarantee that game results will be replayed or altered.

bdtbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or illegal activity.
• On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.
